Day 1 Negombo
A Kashyapa Tours Representative will meet you at the Bandaranaike International Airport and guide you towards a private luxury vehicle that will make your journey across the country a comfortable one. Your chauffeur cum guide will drive you to the hotel Jetwing Beach in Negombo, which will be your first stop in the Water Sports Adventure Tour in Sri Lanka.
Day 2 & 3 Kalpitiya
The next morning, after breakfast, check out from the hotel and visit the Negombo Fish Market. You will then be transferred to Kalpitiya – Dolphin Beach Resort, standard tent, on a bed and breakfast basis. After unwinding and refreshing in your tent, you can engage in some evening water sports activities and then return to Dolphin Beach Resort for the night.
Day 03 is dedicated towards enjoying a kite surfing experience, including a few beginner lessons and then trying the activity yourself. Kite surfing is very popular in Kalpitiya due to apt weather conditions for the sport. After a day at the beach, you can return to your luxury tent to relax for the rest of the night.
Day 2 & 3 SigiriyaThe next morning, you will transfer to Sigiriya for one night. Upon reaching Sigiriya, we will arrange a village tour along with a deliciously authentic rice and curry meal for your lunch. Towards the evening, you will visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, which is a climb of about 300-400 steps. After exploring the humongous Buddha statues, beautiful paintings in the cave temples and of course, the stunning view from the rock, you will unwind in the comfort of five-star luxury at Heritance Kandalama for the night.
Day 5 & 6 TrincomaleeAfter an early breakfast the next morning, you can visit the Sigiriya Lion’s Rock – which is a climb of about 1200 steps and will take approximately 2 hours to explore. After this, you will shift base to Trincomalee for a couple of nights.
In Trincomalee, you will check into the superior room at Trinco Blu on a bed and breakfast meal plan. The rest of the evening is left for relaxation by the beach.

Day 7 & 8 Arugam Bay
The next morning, you will begin a 05-hour drive to Arugam Bay, which will be your destination for the next two nights. On the way to Arugam Bay, you can enjoy the beauty of Sri Lanka’s east coast. Kottukal Beach House is where you will be staying on a bed and breakfast meal plan. The only activity scheduled for day 07 and 08 is surfing – as Arugam Bay has the best beach for surfing in Sri Lanka. These two days you could spend entirely in the water – surfing as much as you want, or simply relaxing by the beach and giving yourself a good suntan.
Day 6 Yala
Day 09 will begin early so that you can enjoy a morning jeep safari at the Kumana National Park and then check in to Jetwing Yala. After refreshing at the hotel, we have scheduled an evening Kayaking activity in Yoda Wewa.
Day 10 & 11 BentotaAnother early morning is a must to experience a jeep safari ride at the popular Yala National Park and then head towards the southwest coast of Sri Lanka. En-route to Bentota, you will visit the Galle Fort and Turtle Hatchery. A beautiful sea view room at Avani Bentota is where you will be staying for the next two nights.
On day 11 of this water sports adventure tour in Sri Lanka, we have scheduled a ten-hour windsurfing lesson in Bentota which is going to be an entire day full of fun and thrill in the Indian Ocean.
Day 12 AirportOn Day 12, you will be driven to the airport based on the time of your flight.
